I strongly believe that therapy should be Solution Based. What would be the point of help that doesn’t try to find a solution, even if it’s not the first, or even the second solution that clicks? The point is to keep trying.
Jeff earned his Masters of Social Work (MSW) at Virginia Commonwealth University and has been a licensed and practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for more than 25 years.
