We know Richmond. As a local, small business REAP understands the unique culture and current events of the Richmond metro area. We've been supporting Richmond businesses for more than 20 years.

We're here for your employees. Calls are answered directly at our office. Appointments are offered quickly, within 2 business days, and conveniently scheduled at one of three offices located across Richmond: West End, Southside and Downtown. Emergency help is available 24 hours a day.

We support your supervisors. REAP is a comprehensive people management tool providing assistance to managers and supervisors when an employee has problems with attendance, work performance or productivity, corporate substance abuse policy violations or inappropriate personal behavior. Formal Referrals give your supervisors an effective disciplinary resource to resolve employee work issues. 

We know what we're doing. REAP can assist your business in the design, implementation and management a workplace substance abuse policy and conduct periodic training sessions for supervisors on substance abuse policy enforcement. REAP is also available to consult on other personnel policy with your Human Resource department.

We're there for you. Critical Incident Support offers an on-site counselor to respond to traumatic events such as an employee death, layoffs, a workplace accident or local Richmond crisis.

We really care. We have achieved an outstanding average 10-25% utilization rate. The standard industry utilization rate for face-to-face EAP services is 4.5%. We are not part of a managed behavioral care organization, insurer or health plan. Helping companies create a balanced work/life experience for their employees is our focus and our passion.

We spend time getting to know you. Your supervisors and managers will gain confidence and trust by building a long-term, one-on-one relationship with a REAP counselor. Each Formal Referral initiates at least two contacts between our counselor and the supervisor to discuss the employee issue and recommended solutions.

We work with you. As a member of the REAP consortium of companies, you will be offered a place on our Board. Board members work together several times a year to find new ways to be of service to REAP companies and their employees.
